Terms of Use

WorkReg is a digital work and operations platform for businesses. The service can be used for account and user administration, time tracking, checklists, customer follow-up, vehicle overview, work orders, rental orders, documentation, contract acceptance, reporting and subscriptions/payments.

These terms apply to use of the WorkReg & Caravan website website, the WorkReg app and services offered through the solution. By using the service, you accept these terms. If you use WorkReg on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept the terms on behalf of that business.

If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the service.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the service. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place through your account.

The business administrators are responsible for assigning correct access to their employees, contractors or other users. WorkReg may block, restrict or terminate access if misuse, security incidents, payment default or breach of these terms is suspected.

You must notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or other security incidents.

You agree to use WorkReg in accordance with applicable Norwegian law, agreements that apply to your business and these terms.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or underlying systems, bypass security mechanisms, disrupt operations, upload malicious code, publish misleading or fraudulent content, systematically extract content without written permission, or impersonate WorkReg, Best Entreprenør AS or others.

You are responsible for ensuring that data, files, images, contracts, checklists, customer information and other content entered into the service may lawfully be processed and shared.

Access to certain features may require a subscription or payment. Prices, included modules, limits and payment model are shown in the service or agreed separately.

Paid subscriptions are normally activated after registration, email verification and any confirmed payment. If payment cannot be completed, access may be refused, restricted or terminated.

Prices and subscription types may change. Changes apply from the time they are published or communicated, unless otherwise follows from a separate agreement or mandatory law.

The business and users retain their rights to content and data entered into WorkReg. By entering data, you grant WorkReg the rights necessary to store, process, display, send and otherwise use the content to provide the service.

WorkReg cannot guarantee that content entered by users is correct, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. The business is responsible for reviewing, quality-assuring and using its own data, reports, checklists, contracts and documentation.

Public sharing links, contract links or galleries may make content available to recipients outside the business. The user and business are responsible for ensuring that such sharing is correct and lawful.

WorkReg may offer OCR, automated text recognition or other automated suggestions to simplify completion of fields from images, receipts, vehicle registration documents or similar documentation.

Such results are assistance tools and may contain errors. The user is responsible for checking and correcting suggested values before they are used in workflows, reports, contracts, invoice basis or other documentation.

WorkReg, including software, design, text, logos, icons, structure, interface and other content not entered by users, belongs to WorkReg, Best Entreprenør AS or their licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse-engineer or use parts of the service commercially without written consent, unless expressly permitted by law or agreement.

WorkReg may use or integrate with third-party services for hosting, database, file storage, email, authentication, payment and technical operations. This may include providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend, PayPal and similar subcontractors.

The service may also contain links to third-party websites. WorkReg is not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of such third parties.

We work to keep WorkReg stable and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, technical errors, security measures or circumstances outside our control.

WorkReg may change, improve, restrict or discontinue features in the service. Material changes will normally be communicated in an appropriate way.

The service is provided as is, with the features available at any given time. WorkReg makes reasonable efforts to ensure correct and updated information, but does not guarantee that the service, content, reports, automated suggestions or calculations are always complete, accurate or error-free.

WorkReg is not liable for indirect loss, operational loss, lost profit, data loss, losses caused by user error, errors in the user's own data, third-party services, payment providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by Norwegian law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Processing of personal data in WorkReg is described in the privacy policy. The privacy policy explains, among other things, which data may be processed, the purposes of processing, legal basis, sharing with subcontractors, retention periods and rights under privacy legislation.

WorkReg may update these terms when the service, technical solutions, contractual terms or legislation changes. Changes take effect when published in the service, unless otherwise stated.

For material changes, we will inform you in an appropriate way. Continued use of the service after changes have been published means that you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be decided by Norwegian courts with Buskerud District Court as venue, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
